This Privacy Policy explains how LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TEK-TRANS GROUP “FORWARD”” collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of visitors to the website https://ttgforward.ua/.

Information submitted through a contact form is sent to the corporate email address info@ttgforward.ua and stored in the Company’s corporate email system on its own cloud server.

The Company does not use information submitted through the form for bulk marketing emails without the user’s separate consent.

Please do not submit confidential documents or excessive personal information through the message field unless this has been agreed in advance with a representative of the Company.

9. Meta Pixel

The website uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, create audiences, and display targeted advertising within Meta products.

Meta may receive information about pages visited, actions performed on the website, IP address, browser, device, technical identifiers, and advertising cookies. Meta may associate this information with the user’s account in its services.

  • Meta in connection with the use of Meta Pixel;
  • public authorities where disclosure is expressly required by law.

The Company does not sell personal data.

11. International Data Transfers

Google and Meta may process information on servers located outside Ukraine. Such processing is carried out in accordance with the data protection rules and mechanisms established by the relevant service providers.

By consenting to optional analytics or advertising technologies, the user agrees to the related transfer of data.

12. Data Retention

Data submitted through contact forms and the related correspondence is retained for one year from the date of the last communication with the user.

After this period, the data is deleted or anonymised unless continued storage is necessary:

  • to perform a contract;
  • to comply with legal requirements;
  • for accounting or tax purposes;
  • to establish, exercise, or defend the Company’s legal rights.

Security logs are retained for the period necessary to identify and investigate incidents, but generally for no longer than one year.

Data retention periods applied by Google and Meta are determined by the policies of the relevant services.

The Company applies organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:

  • restricting access to corporate email and the website administration area;
  • using secure HTTPS connections;
  • controlling access to the cloud server;
  • maintaining backups;

The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

The website and the Company’s services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect children’s personal data through the website.
